Winifred Kotin is a seasoned technology business leader. Over the past 20+ years, she has deployed her creative problem-solving predisposition through the application of Digital Technologies including Data, and Artificial Intelligence for innovations across a spectrum of business transformation and growth needs.
She started her career as a software engineer at Guaranty Trust Bank Ghana, a multiple award-winning bank for innovative banking solutions using technology, and later moved to Access Bank Ghana.
During her stint in banking, she occupied a variety of roles including several leadership positions, and was instrumental in various financial products innovations, digital transformation, partnerships, and strategic business growth.
Winifred is a co-founder at Superfluid Labs, a pioneering Data & AI firm that provides data and AI-powered solutions to businesses in Sub-Saharan Africa. Superfluid Labs was adjudged the best startup company in 2020 for its innovations in AI-powered Credit Risk Assessment on the continent at the Africa Tech Summit in Rwanda.
She founded Eagle Innovations in 2023 with the vision to accelerate growth and impact through technology-enabled strategies, innovations, and impact for businesses and organizations seeking to seize opportunities in the digital economy.
Ms. Kotin is a trained Computer Scientist (B.Sc. in Computer Science) and holds an MBA in Finance and multiple certificates from a myriad of studies.
